// MARIE MYRHOJ JENSEN //

This morning, I spotted Marie around Somerset House. I absolutely love her outfit – the simple little printed dress, the leather jacket draped over her shoulders, the socks with her masculine shoes. I adore her bright red lips and her fair skin is making me detest my tan. Most of all though, her look won me over because of the cheeky little way she’s got her hat twisted to the side. It should be a bit cliche but somehow she totally pulls it off.

Check out Marie's blog: Nemesis Babe.

OBSESSED: CO|TE AW12...

I'm big time drooling over the AW12 collection from Italian brand CO|TE...

The simple wearable shapes are straight up my alley. I love the metallic short skirts, boyish thick knits and streamlined silhouette. There's a sort of stark linear graphic line running through many of the items. The dress with cinched in waist above is amazing. I love the longer sleeve length and high neck - contrasted with the short length it doesn't feel too grown up or too serious (neither of which I am). Plus, the contrasting colors give it a sort of sci-fi feel - anything that makes me feel like I should be hanging out with Captain Kirk in the Starship Enterprise gets bonus points in my books.

p.s. the cream jacket (below right) would be delicious to wear. I'm thinking, that if you were wearing it,  it would feel like you were getting a massive bear hug the entire day and that can only be a very good thing

KA-POW: 3.1 PHILLIP LIM...

 2012 sees the final installment of Christopher Nolan's Batman trilogy and in the spirit of all things heroic it seems only right to reign in the comic book trend with a bit of covetable high fashion. Since I've never been able to master the whole invisibility thing and I only ever came close to levitation once, I'll settle on the title of costumed crime fighter. By definition this means I don't need an actual superpower... instead I can just carry around this little comic book clutch inside the clear pashli satchel and call it a day.

Plus, I'm thinking anything Ka-Pow themed could double as a Halloween costume. Am I planning too far ahead?
