Issey Miyake & Balenciaga charity finds…
Issey Miyake Pleats Please skirt (purchased with matching top) and Balenciaga boots (like new) both purchased at a charity shop in Zurich yesterday. This is not a joke like last time. This is not an April Fools trick… although I do wish you all a very happy April Fools.
These items were purchased from an incredible charity in the city… clearly there are far too many people with extraordinary clothes in Zurich and far too few people who want to snatch them up (enter yours truly).
Wearing: Issey Miyake Pleats Please skirt, Balenciaga boots, American Apparel Tri-blend Short sleeve track shirt, and Madewell jacket. Drinking Lipton Lemon flavoured ice-tea… yummm… especially when fresh out of the fridge. Photos taken by the very talented photographer Louise Wing.

What amazing finds! I love your grey top, I find that grey makes other the colours around it look better. It is my current favourite colour/shade.

I am so completely and utterly in love with this skirt. The colours are amazing and bang on trend for this season (and hopefully every season to come!) – they remind me of the Barratt’s fruit salad sweets I used to eat as a child.
Thanks so much Sophie! I’m so glad you like it! I loooove it too and for exactly the same reason. Issey Miyake pieces are ALWAYS incredible but the colour of this is just so unique. Can you believe I snagged a matching top at the same time??! Ahhh… can’t wait to wear them together for something special! xx
And I thought I was good at hunting for bargains! Both the skirt and the boots are amazing finds, and I can’t believe you found a matching top, I’m so jealous. I think either the top or the skirt would be perfect even just for casual drinks with friends on a warm summer evening.
I definitely need to get myself to Zurich and go thrifting asap! x
